Triolé, founded by three Spanish students of the Maastricht Academy of Music, brings the enchanting world of Spanish zarzuela - a form of musical theatre - and lyrical music to the Netherlands. The programme begins with a compelling selection from opera and chamber music, focusing on the beauty and drama of classical vocal music. The second part takes the audience to a lively Spanish fiesta, with some of the most beautiful duets from Spanish musical theatre, full of passion, rhythm and cultural flair.
